Colorcote® ZR8™ and ZRX™ is the cost effective solution/alternative for all your Roofing, Cladding, Fencing and Rainwater requirements.

Durability
ColorCote® is a highly durable product designed to give excellent colour retention and high formability at a moderate cost.

ColorCote® is a baked on paint system which has different weathering characteristics to standard air drying paints. This proven technology provides resistance to chipping, peeling or cracking and has been performing in the Australian market for over 20 years.

Flexibility
ColorCote® is suitable for all roofing, cladding, rainwater goods, fencing, garage door and many other end use applications. ColorCote® is available in an extensive range of Classic, Designer and Metallic colours ensuring a solution is available for any Australian landscape.

Warranty
All ColorCote® product is manufactured to meet the strict Australian Standards (AS/NZS 2728: 1997) and is warranted by Pacific Coilcoaters (wholly owned by Fletcher Building Limited) for up to 30 years on roofing and ISO Atmospheric Classifications 1-3.

Colour Range
ColorCote® is available in over 50 colours which will suit any Australian design application.

Specifications
Substrate : A light & uniform Zinc coating, treated for improved paintability and corrosion resistance.

Pretreatment : Corrosion resistant chromate conversion coating. Primer: Flexible corrosion resistant chromated primer.

Finish Coat : Flexible exterior, high performance polyester, acrylic or modified polyester. The finish coat can be applied both sides of the sheet in the same or different colours. Colours outside the Classic range are available, depending on colour and quantity.

Backing Coat : Shadow Grey is applied as a standard backing coat colour. Alternative backing coat colours are available subject to request.

Gloss : Typical gloss levels are 23%, measured in accordance with ASTM D523-89 (60 degrees). Non standard gloss levels may be available on application.

Strippable Film : Products can be supplied with an optional strippable protective film. This film should be removed just prior or immediately following product installation.
